Terms and Conditions

We aim to present product descriptions, images, volumes, availability and prices accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your screen or product updates. All orders remain subject to stock availability.

Submitting checkout creates an order request. The initial status is Order received and awaiting payment. An order is confirmed after we verify payment and update its status to Payment received and order confirmed.

We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product becomes unavailable or delivery cannot be arranged. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for a legitimate operational, pricing, availability, security or legal reason. If payment has already been received, we will communicate the available resolution.

Product prices are shown in Indian rupees. The checkout summary displays the applicable delivery charge based on the selected state and the total shipment weight. The final amount shown before placing the order is the amount due, unless we identify and explain a clear pricing error before payment confirmation.

We currently accept manual UPI payment. Payment instructions are shared through our official communication channel after the order is placed. Your order is confirmed only after payment verification. Please review our Payment Options page before paying.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete address, reachable phone number and accurate pincode.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. A change or cancellation may not be possible after processing or shipping begins. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from your order, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs so we can review the matter.

Any approved refund will be arranged through a suitable payment method after review. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment service involved.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully. Our brand, product photographs, text and website materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green Root Drinks is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Kerala, subject to any consumer rights or remedies that apply by law.
